Informative note pursuant to art. 13, Law Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003

Kart4fun will use the acquired personal data, with the help of computerized means, for the purpose of sorting and replying to messages received only. Entering personal data is optional: it will be impossible for Kart4fun to deal with incoming mail without said personal data and relevant consent to handle the latter.
Pursuant to art. 7, Law Decree 196/2003, those sending in their personal data are entitled to have access to said data and ask for corrections, supplements and, if essential, have them cancelled or blocked.
